Tuesday Night Pokerpalooza

We had eight runners at the Duck Blind tonight, getting together for a bite to eat and pitch a few cards.

Bobby Dee brought burgers and chips, and my daughter made a delicious Strawberry Shortcake for dessert.

Ollie the Accountant won the High Hand Jackpot for the evening on the very first hand when he hit Aces full of jacks and it was never beaten. He was able to finish the night with an $18 profit, mainly due to the HHJ.

Ray-Ray took the biggest hit, dropping a little over $20, followed by Dealer Larry with a $17 deficit in this $20 buy-in, dealer's choice limit game. Bobby Dee and Farmer Harry both made small profits, and Stamps won $14. J-Dawg lost $16 and I was the big winner on the night, walking away $21 to the good.

My favorite hand was raising from late position with 2-4, betting the flop and turn, then bluffing Bobby Dee off his pair of queens. Of course I had to show my power hand :)

We have our Vegas or Bust Poker League tournament this Friday, so you can expect a report this weekend.

Till next time, win the flips.
