Football Picks, September 7th

Quite a few games from which to pick today and a few stand out.

$22 @ 11/10 on Baylor (-27) over Buffalo

The Bears have won 13 of their last 14 home games, including a 69-3 rout last Saturday. Buffalo dropped their opener 40-20 at #2 Ohio State.

$22 @ 11/10 on Sam Houston (+38 1/2) over Texas A&M

The Bearcats averaged 40 PPG last year and should be able to score enough points to keep this one under the spread.  The Aggies were burned for over 500 yds of offense against Rice last week. Also, they have Alabama coming up next week and could be looking past Sam Houston.

$22 @ 11/10 on Arkansas (-32 1/2) over Samford

The Razorbacks rushed for almost 300 yards last week and should control both the ball and the game. 

$20 on Miami (+145) over Florida
Two tough defenses meet in this one. Expect a tight game that is decided on a late turnover.
