Norris is 4-0, with a tiny 0.69 ERA in his last four starts, including 7 innings of shutout ball against the Cubs his last time out. Billingsley is 0-3, 7.18 ERA in his last six trips to the bump. The Astros have won four straight games.

$20 on Washington (Strausburg) over Atlanta (Minor) -1 1/2 @ +$140

Strausburg is 4-1, with a 2.21 ERA this season and is 2-0, 1.04 when pitching on the road. Minor is 0-3, with a 10.46 ERA in his last five outings and has given up 12 home runs. The Braves have dropped five straight games.
