MLB Picks, June 4th

There is one American League and a couple of National League match-ups that I like today.

$10 on Arizona (Saunders) over Washington (Hernandez), -1.5 @ +$155

Saunders is 2-0, 3.15 ERA in his last three outings. Hernandez is 0-4, 5.60 ERA on the highway this season. The D-Backs have won 8 of 10 and the Nats have lost 6 of 10.  

$10 on Texas (Holland) over Cleveland (Carmona), @ +$115

Holland is 2-1, 3.41 on the road this year. Carmona has struggled lately, losing his last three starts with a hefty 10.06 ERA. The Rangers have won 7 of 10 and the Tribe has dropped 7 of 10, including the first two games of the series.

$10 on Milwaukee (Gallardo) over Florida (Volstad), -1.5 @ +$125

I'd like to get a better price since I'm giving a run and a half, but Gallardo has hit his pitching stride, winning his last three starts and posting a 1.29 ERA, so it's hard not to ride this horse. Volstad is 0-2 in his last three with a 6.28 ERA. The Brew Crew is 7-3 in their last 10 games.
