The Rangers send their ace Cole Hamels (4-2, 2.22 ERA, last 7 starts) to the bump. He went 7+ innings in his last outing, surrendering 1 run to the Rays, The Tribe counters with Tomlin (0-4, 10.02, last 4). The Jays scored 6 earned in 4+ innings against him in his last appearance. Texas has dropped 3 of 4 and Cleveland has lost 8 of 11 on the highway.
