MLB Picks, June 28th

There are two games that caught my eye on today's schedule, one AL and one interleague game.

$20 on Texas (-1.5 @ +140) over NY Yankees
Hamels (8-1, 2.79 ERA, season) gets the nod for the Rangers. He's coming off a solid performance against the Reds, surrendering 1 run in 6 innings on the bump. The Pinstripers send Sabathia (2-0, 3.12, last 3 starts) to the hill. The Rockies roughed him up a bit in his last start, scoring 5 runs in 4+ innings. Texas has won 9 of 11.
$20 on Miami (+105) over Detroit
The Fish give the ball to Conley (1-1, 2.89 ERA, last 3 starts), who shut out the Braves over 8 innings in his last appearance. Pelfrey (1-7, 4.91, season) throws the pill for the Tigers. The Marlins have won 9 of 13 and Detroit has dropped 3 straight.

Starting Bankroll                                       $1,500.00
Profit/Loss                                                    $212.50
Current Bankroll                                        $1,712.50

Action is considered dead unless both listed pitchers start.
