The Redbirds counter with Martinez (0-4, 5.76, lat 4 starts). In his last start against the Halos, he surrendered 5 runs in 4 innings. I'd like this one better if the Cubs (5-8 in their last 13) were playing better. 

$20 on Texas (-120) over LA Angels

The Rangers send Lewis (1-0, 1.71 ERA, last 3 starts) to the bump. He shut out the Astros over 7 innings his last time out. The Angels start Santiago (1-2, 5.13, last 5), who lasted only 2+ innings against Baltimore in his last outing. Texas has won 12 of 17 and LA has won 8 of 12.
