Don Mattingly left him in for 137 pitches! Not sure why other than he is old school. When pitchers throw that many pitches, I've found they do poorly their next outing. If everything else is right (who the opps are, where game is, opp pitcher, etc.), it might be a play to bet <i>against</i> Kershaw.
